thoughts on ECT and EOT Temps?????

So i ran my truck 300 miles this weekend and used my predator to monitor my EOT and ECT temps on my trip

oil was only 120-125 degrees
water was 180-190 degrees

This seems to be a big spread! Is my oil cooler that efficent or is my predator broken. I was under the impression that they should be 15-20 degrees apart.?????

2006 f350, elc coolant,

I vote predator broken (or sensor broken). The oil temperatures should be higher than coolant, especially after 300 miles! The difference should be less than 15 degrees, but still oil warmer than coolant.
