p0299 code

i just got my truck back from the dealer two weeks ago they said my problem was batteries so i replaced them yesterday it started to do the same thing but this time it through a p0299 code so my quistion is my truck is a 2007 6.0 with 44,000 miles on it what do you guys suggest i do and if i take it back to the dealer will it still be under warranty for the turbo problem that the code says it is? any help would be great thanks

Under warranty still? Tell them to wash it when they are done fixing it.

I would say it is still under warranty without knowing if any mod's have been done to the truck. What is the original in service date? That will start your 5 year clock.
