Not Happy with Dealer's Head gasket install

I wrote a few days ago about how my dealer wouldn't install ARP head studs and said that the new style head gasket kit would take care of anymore issues. I stopped by today to see how things were progressing and talked to the 2 mechanics that were working on the truck. They commented on how clean the engine was internally and said it was nice to see an engine that actually had timely oil changes performed. I then asked them what improvements Ford made to the new head gaskets. They looked at each other and said that there were no changes and how they were the exact same style gaskets that came from the factory on my 04
On a good note, they said that the gaskets really weren't that bad and my issue was a connection leaking coolant under the intake. They said that there was an updated connector that they were going to install. They also said that they were going to replace the EGR valve assembly seeing that they have actually had more issues with them then head gaskets and had a few on the shelf (yes, covered under warranty ).

My question is this; if they are the same type gaskets, what's to keep them from leaking again in another 80,000 miles well after the warranty has expired

My 04 250 only made it to 62,000 miles before I needed new head gaskets, EGR cooler, engine cooler and so forth....

the diff is your right foot and/or ARP head stud install, the ARP's supposedly do not stretch like the OEM ones do

They did go to a little thicker gasket as far as I understand. The heads and everything else is the same. I would still see if they will just put different bolts in for ya...ie, HEAD STUDS Once they have it apart, that is all it is, new gaskets and putting a different bolt in with different torque spec.

especially if you have already established some type of rapport with the mechanics. maybe you could accidentally drop a package of arp headstuds in the drivers seat with a c-note and they magically appear installed when you go to pick up the truck!!!!!

I tried schmoozing guys and they stuck to their guns. I can't go to the studs now because I can't find the studs locally and get them to them in time. Plus they already have one head back on with the job being completed tomorrow.
