Frame Mounted Fuel Filter
Any tips for getting this thing off ? , i use a 1in3/8 wrench but i can only get about a quarter turn and it takes forever

It takes a 36mm to get the cap off (same as oil cap), and yes its tight. Just have to go a little at a time, it also helps to open the water seperator prior so lesson your fuel bath.

If this worked correctly, check the link below. As of now it is posted about 3/4 of a page down from your post. Some good ideas here. My socket is huge so I had the same problem as you, one click at a time. Think I will be getting the socket in the Sears link.
