05 Front End Conversion HELP!!

I'm working on a 2004 F350 XL, and we want to swap on a 2005 Front end (Atleast the Grill and Headlights). We have the 2005 F350 XL on hand for the swap.The bumper mounts are different between the 2 trucks, and the core support is as well even though i've removed both already. Is there a write up on how to do the swap? Or should I just put it back together and save it for another day. Thanks, Pete

You'll need the bumper as well for the grill to fit or you can trim the bottom to fit because the 04s grill recess in the bumper isn't as deep. The headlights require trimming the header panel which can be done without removing the assembly but some say it's just easier to pull it off the core support. I was lookin for all the recent ones that guys have posted up with instructions but you may come across them in the 6.0 exterior section. When I do this here in a few weeks I'm gonna keep my bumper and trim the grill like mkm customs conversion kit. You can tackle the project in a full day and it's nothing too complicated.
