what exhaust do you order for reg cab long bed?

this seams like such a stupid question lol, im looking to get an exhaust for my reg cab long bed, but obviously they only make kits for ext ext w long bed etc..

so i assume i would order for long bed and just cut the pipe to length?

"what exhaust do you order for reg cab long bed?"

A short one!

Just kidding, I just had to.

Might it be for an extended cab short bed? Do they list one that way?

Happy New Year!

From the specs I just looked at, your truck, over all, is 5 inches shorter than the Ext. Cab short box. Might just need to cut down one piece.

MBRP has a short peice to use instead of the one that comes with their kit, it goes inbetween your cat/delete and the muffler

Not a stupid question at all, i spent forever looking for exhaust for mine.
coming from a regular cab, long bed owner. when i ordered my kit, i bought the diamond eye kit and it says it fits all cab and bed cnfigurations. i had to cut one peice to length and then i was finished. I had alot of extra piping left. basically you buy the extended cab/crew long bed kit and you will have plenty of extra piping. i had the hardest time finding exhaust until i talked to the company and they say you just cut it down to fit

now mbrp sells a regular cab adapter. now why would you pay more $$$ for a peice of piping that is short when they give you a longer one in the kit that you can just cut down to size. i dont know, just seems like a waste to me. i guess its nice if you dont own any type of saw.
pm me if ya have any other questions,

I got the afe 4" with muffler and the kid said it would fit. (not) so I set the muffler aside and straight piped it. Still had to cut out about 5" of pipe. And then went to napa and got a 4" chrome band clamp to connect the two male ends were the muffler went. Not loud at all sounds great. Anyone want a new afe muffler say 50 plus shipping. Pm me. An mine is a 6.4
