Where do you let your EGT cool to before you shut your rigs down?

I shut mine down between 300*- 350*, depending on if I'm in a hurry.

I will say this. When I had gauges I shut the truck off when it got below 400.

Off @ 350. It takes a long time to get to 300, sometimes I can't get it down that far.
