HELP!

Had my front left wheel off to plug a hole in the tire and noticed that the seal that goes around the axle shaft was out and just sitting around the axle. Should I be concerned? Does the axle seem to be crooked too??

Actually that's just a dust shield. Shouldn't hurt anything. Mine have been like that going on 50k miles.
