Edge Product Tech support or lack of support

Called Edge, as the manual said to if you have any issues before sending product back...well thats useless as the recording said "they would be out from Dec 24th-Jan 2nd. What about all those last minute shoppers, and those that got an Edge product, for their primary gifts, and can't resolve and issue? Warn those out there,,,,dont waste you time calling EDge, and just wanted to vent alittle. Be an informed buyer

By the way, I cant use it, so have for sale, a new unused Edge EGT probe for the Insight. Its model number is 98601. I just ordered it last week. $65 Ground shipped CONUS

I figured my Insight out on my own because when I called I got the yea it should work and I really don't care attitude. My question was if mine needed to be updated or what not to display EOT. Plus I was having trouble with the Fusion software. My update question came from some confusing info I was reading here on the forum about SCT tunes and who wrote them and build date and on and on.

I like the product but the person I talked to sure wasn't passionate to help and deliver an informative answer.

Stock sucks
