Harley vs Lariat question

I just sold my 06 Dodge megacab Cummins (loved the engine but hated the inside of truck). I'm looking to buy a 2006 or 07 F250 CC 4x4 and after looking a KBB private party pricing the Harley truck is worth $2000 less than a Lariat with same options. Does anyone know why KBB has the Harley priced 2k less? I know i like the Harley truck better than a Lariat but would buy either if it's the right truck. I also like the Outlaw trucks very well. Thanks for any answers.

I'm not sure why the Harley truck would be priced cheaper on KBB. Check NADA. I looked at couple Harley trucks before I found my lariat and they were always quite a bit more expensive than a lariat.

Thanks for the reply. I'll look at NADA also, I use kbb cause it usually gives a lower price so I use that to my advantage. lol I have found a 1 owner 06Harley truck with 86000 miles and a year left on warranty. I know 26k will buy it but I really do thing they will take 25k if i offer it and really push for it.

I just saw an 05 Harley edition with 30k on it. The dealer was askin 32000 for it. I mean I know it has low miles but 32k for a truck that is now 6 years old?!?

Those prices don't make any sense to me. I know from 04-07 the Harley's were the most expensive Superduty's made. My 05 Harley wasn't even fully optioned out and it listed for over $52k.

When I was looking, comparably optioned Harleys were always more expensive by 3 - 5K. And did Harleys never come with heated seats? I couldn't find a single one with them.

I know what your saying. Parsons,TN ford dealer has a 1 owner 06 Harley 47000 miles and they want 31999 for it.

The two Harley 06's i've looked at have heated seats, that's a MUST. LOL. But WHY do the kbb books list the Harley trucks 2k less that the same truck that's a Lariat. I just don't understand that?

Heated seats were optional. Extra $220 in 2005.
