WIX air filter conversion kit...

Anyone running this? Any pros or cons besides the air filter being cheaper?

I know that, my dad is using it on his truck and he likes it. Takes way less time to change it and the filter is cheaper. WIX actually reccomends it. Just wondering if anyone had any bad experiences with it.

I have it, and love it. Ever change a stock filter? It's an option used by lots of fleet owners. Is it better? Who knows, but I like mine. BTW - Based on the sound of my turbo, I think it flows better. EGTs are very low (800-1000) with the trailer (15k) behind me, and thats what matters.

WIX air filter conversion kit...

Nothing wrong with the OEM air filter when I can dumb out a 1/4 cup of silt and it still didn't trigger the filter plugged light.
