There are 100+ threads on here saying that the Motorcraft or Racor which I think is the same company are the only ones to use. For me and my money I will only use Motorcraft I buy them from dieselfiltersonline.com and they are not that expensive.

Yea, yea I know what everyone says. I was just wondering if anyone has tried the Baldwin ones? I know they make a pretty good coolant filter. I was just curious about anything else...

Looks like a great deal price wise...but the HFCM filter is missing a key component (the water membrane jacket) and from what I've been told...Racor/Parker hold the patent on the oil filter for Motorcraft...meaning that any other manufacturer has to produce the same filter with differing specs....which usually turns out to be the height...which as we know is a problem.
