D When i sit in a restaurant...i like to choose a seat that i can keep an eye on it.
E I am strict with the kids (still) about wiping there feet when they get in it..even when its not muddy out.I have a scrap of carpet on the garage floor for them to wipe their feet on!

Oh i have noticed one thing...women prefer men with this addiction as opposed to drugs,alchohol,sex or gambling....i also think they like the diesel
vibrations also ,but none have confessed this to me. Kinda reminds me of harleys.

isnt having these trucks as an addiction the same as blowing money, say, gambling? i mean, you change one thing on them like tires, add power adders, next thing you know you want more because it IS an addiction. modifiying i mean.
i have the cat removed but not the muffler yet and i like the way it sounds when im just getting on it and it starts to whisle a little. i get picked up for work so i dont get to drive it much but we also dont put out our garbage just so we can go to the zoo (dump) and i can drive it.

i would also like to add to the list:
when i first crank it to start it in a parking lot it crackles and scares people!
people with duramax's say it sounds like it is going to explode and i say that is what a real diesel is supposed to sound like.
my wife even said that she would much rather have our truck because it remindes her of the farm!

I hear ya there... My wife gripes about almost everything I spend $$ on except my truck. She loves it as much as I do.
