06 6.0 Cold and missing

My truck takes about 10 minutes in the morning to finally warm up and run smooth, it runs very ruff up to that point. Even when it gets warm I still have a hesitation and miss during acceleration just over 2k RPM. Dealer pulled the FICM code, so I removed the FICM and resoldered. Have tested and am getting 48 volts with key on and during Idle. What else could be causing this hesitation? When the truck starts in the morning it feels as though it has no power and takes for ever to get up to speed. And even when it warms up, it is very sluggish when you step on the pedal. What other things should I look at? I dont have any CEL on, and no smoke. Any suggestions would be great. Also, my fuel mileage has gotten progressively worse, I am down to about 9mpg in the city.

injectors can cause the rough running, turbo and/or injectors can cause lag. is it tuned? i had a lag issue recently and my truck lost its tune. reflashed it and corrected it.

Throw a couple of bottles of Rev-X in it. Sounds like it could be injector stiction to me.

Not Tuned. Has airaid intake and magnaflow exhaust but no tune. REV-X? Is that available at autozone? I will give it a try. I assume to keep running it for a couple tanks before it will show any positive results?

many run a 5W40 synthetic all year long.

also, many are having good luck with rotella t5 10w30. if your having injector stiction issues i would give it a try.

Send a message via AIM to Galaxie
I had a truck over about a year ago that had a similar issue. We ran this and it fixed the injector.
