what filter am I looking at??????

Ok,
I know one of the fuel filters is on the frame rail under the drivers side. Oil filter and secondary fuel filter on on top of the engine. I was crawling around under the passenger side up front and saw what looked like a removable cartridge type filter that has two hoses that run up under the bumber area...is it an additional filter going to the oil cooler? Is it stock?
