Looking for a mechanic

Wanted to see if anybody has any suggestion on where I might take my truck to have it worked on. The closest cities to me would be Roanoke VA,Bristol VA,Bristol TN,Charleston WV and Charlotte NC. All of these are within a couple hours drive for me. Things I need to have done. Egr delete,Arp studs,Black onyx gaskets. I'm just looking for a good reputable mechanic to do the work and hopefully somebody thats not going to charge through the roof.
