RCD Experience

Thought I'd share my recent experience with RCD. I'm in the process of changing out my oil cooler and I figured while I was at I might as well delete my egr. I shopped around and though I wanted one from FCDP I ended up purchasing one from RCD. I was on ebay and I noticed they had some for sale for $225 or best offer. I said why not, I offered $185 (free shipping) and asked for a military discount. To make a long story short they accepted it. This was yesterday, well because I was at work I could not go onto ebay and complete the purchase. I called them up and spoke to a gentlemen to see if I could pay online. He said sure and sent me their paypal address. I paid and received conformation that it was shipped today. Being concerned it wouldn't make it here on time I called. Sure enough it wouldn't, man was I pissed. I asked if I could buy another and have it overnighted and when the other one I bought came could I send it back? The gentlemen I was talking to said hold on. He came back on the line and said here's what I can do. Buy the other and I'll have one of my guys hand deliver it to UPS and two day ship it to you and that he'd cover the shipping charges! I know many have had problems with RCD both with customer service and some of their products (injectors), but for me at least this time they took care of me. Figured I'd share, since stuff like this never happens to me.

It does for me to. My truck is going under the knife on Saturday and it had to be here. I'm happy thus far it's working out. I've probably ruined it. My luck the UPS truck will crash on it's way to my house...haha

Maybe order it a lil bit sooner than the week b4 operation.. LOL!

True, it was a last minute thing, BUT before I place my order I called and they said it would be here on Thursday. The problem is they waited a day to ship and because of that it pushed the arrival date to Monday.
