6.0 Turbo Whistle. I Need This!!!!!!!

Just Bought An Mbrp Turbo Back For My 2006 6.0 And It Sounds Great .but Can I Get It To Whistle Like The 2003 6.0s Do??? I Know I Have A Different Turbo Then The Older Ones. What If I Install An Air Intake????

the 2003 turbos have a different number of turbo vanes causing the louder whistle..intake helps with a lil more noise from what ive read but a straight pipe with no cat is pretty much as close ur gonna get w/o swapping out a 03 turbo on ur rig

I think this is the first time I've heard anyone say that they liked something about the 03 6.0. Thanks, I needed that.

the only way to get the 03 whistle on a 04.25 or newer 6.0 is to shell out the dollars for the turbo and pedestal from an earlier one and put it on the late build truck.....it can be done but otherwise you will never get the same whistle...
