Will these wheels and tires fit?

I recently bought an 06 F-350 and i was wanting to put a set of 17" factory aluminum wheels on it with 315/70's. The truck has 18" ION wheels on it now but I was wanting to put the factory aluminum wheels that I picked up for $150 for the winter. So my question is will the 17" wheels fit on the F-350? I have been told that they will not but I want to be sure before I sell them. But if they will fit on my truck then will I be able to clear 315/70's with just a 2.5" leveling kit? If they are the right bolt pattern they will fit.

The factory 17" wheels will fit fine on both F-250's and F-350's.
I can't tell you if the tires will rub or not with just a leveling kit.
