Put an Oasis on it like dave said, get rid of the exhaust tip ( stupid ) and the banks system.

I got my 2006 loaded Lariat with 98k miles already lifted with wheels/tires for 21k. I would keep looking to be honest or spend a couple thousand more for a 06/07. That is just my opinion but I would not go from an 03 to an 04. An 03 to a 06/07 is a much better upgrade IMO and not too much more.
