Oil Cooler Rebuild Kit

Seems like a pretty good deal to me. Isn't just the rebuild kit from ford around $350?

I don't think the rebuild kit is over 300 bucks. I've seen oem oil cooler kits for just over 200 shipped.

I bought one of this guys kits, and it was pretty good. It was still missing some necessary o-rings and gaskets that you need to get the job done though. I haven't looked, but I hear that BPD sells a COMPLETE kit, with everything you need

Check the price with Tousley Ford Parts. I believe they sell the kit for $199

Yea bought mine from Tousley Ford for $210 shipped, plus an additional $17 for the HPOP screen. Then throw in another $22 for an oil filter and you're at, $249. His kit is to much, I'd pass...

PGreenSVT...got a question....read your write up on Oil and EGR Coolers....my truck is running on average 10 degrees difference between EOT's and ECT's....driving mountains I've seen it as high as 18 degrees difference....whats normal? If I read you right I need to rebuild my oil cooler....am I right? Thats why Im looking into these kits in the first place.

i can get brand new ones fer 245$ at the ford place,i gotta account plus friend is a employee,so i get a employee discount as well...i dont know what every one else is paying but thats what i get em for,it include all nesscary o-rings and such also...

I just tried searching it on Tousley Ford and it wont come up....I searched by part number and by keyword, etc and I only found whole Oil Cooler assemblies and they are like 452.00
