Oil and Coolant Suggestions Please!!

Newly purchased 05 needs her first oil and coolant with her new owner.
Any suggestions would be great. What do you think??

If you are going with just a good oil go to WalMart and get the Ford MotorCraft 15w40 5qts to a jug 3 jugs will do they also have the Ford filters but they like Syn oil, do a flush with VC-9 and distilled water then do distilled water 3 times then add a ELC antifreeze and a coolent filter more mods to come welcome to the world of the 6.0
