computer problems?

I jumped in my truck this morning to fired it up and after driving a couple blocks I noticed that the overhead display was all screwy. the average mpg had reset and the compass says calibrate, the other thing I noticed that I didnt quite have the normal acceleration it seems kind of sluggish. Anyone have any ideas what might be going on?

How old are the batteries? List any mods done to the truck and what year truck.

03 f350 the batteries are yellow top optimas about a year and a half, 4" exhaust, afe intake, egr cooler delete, superchips in tow mode, coolant filter
