Time for head gaskets. Cab removal instructions??

I have put this off long enough... I still have a few more parts to gather but I am ready to dig in and get this done.
I installed a bendpak two post lift just for this job. I don't know how I made it without one. That lift has made things so much easier in the garage.
I read somewhere the instructions for lifting the cab but I cannot seem to find them. It was a great writeup that is lost in the web somewhere. I know someone on here has a copy or a good writeup on doing this..

Here are the things I am doing while in there....

Head gaskets
ARP studs
Oil Cooler
EGR system already deleted
New STC fitting (still have to get it)
Coolant filter
Water pump
thermostat
New glow plugs
Debating injectors (175k on these)

What else should I do while in there???

Today I am clearing out a large area to place parts, so I am planning on starting this week...
I wonder if I should just go to a shop and watch them remove a cab before I start mine. Taking lots of notes of course..
If nobody chimes in, I guess I will tackle it slowly and take lots of pics..

Can I leave the AC system intact and lift the compressor with the cab?
What about the brake system? How can I keep that intact?
