Increase MPG? gear change or gear venders under/over drive?

I just broke 100K and am looking for better fuel MPG. I've been researching GV overdrive and it looks good but not sure. I'd like to keep my 4.10's because I tow a 35' 5th wheel though the hills of New England and the power is good! Running empty is another story, good power and not good MPG. Is there a happy medium? Frustrated...

Get some decent tunes. It would take several years to recoup your costs of installing a gear vendors setup
