which would you choose?
so i finally got the ok from the wife to get some guages. i really like the Autometer C2 package from Patrick at Discount power parts, but i was looking on his site and checked out the Quadzilla commander. it looks nice and ill be able to keep the Oh crap handle. i like the look of the 3 guage set up but the commander woud look good too. which one would you pick and why, it is going to be about the same price either way i go so give me your honest opinions. also, for nayof you who have this already, can i still use the SCT when i get that? thanks!!

I went gauges. I like the look- I always wanted to have 3 gauges on the a-pillar, IMO it just looks boss!
For what I know the commander works with ALL programmers and it is just a "display" of what is going on in your truck. -nate |

I like individual gauges with needles. Much easier to see if you are approaching or exceeding limit values just by knowing the position of the needle. With digital type, you actually need to read the numbers. Also, if one gauge takes a pooper, you just need to replace that one. A monitor requires complete replacement.

I like the commander - but don't have either - just awaiting funds to make the buy! and I think there is a way to mount the commander to the pillar right? or is that a different monitor???

go with the commander, you keep the handle, have 4 readings on one screen, and yo can set warnings to flash when #s get higher than you want
and yes you can use the sct with the commander |

what are the benefits if any to the commander? how easy to install? any wire splicing or does it plug into something?

its been a while but i think its all plugs, there may be a splice of two but the install is super easy
