which coolant to buy

does anyone use the zerex coolant by valvo its green? or dexcool prestone? seems like i cant find the cat or rotella around here.

Ixnay on the green. ELC is red. Zerex makes an ELC. Looks like this. Look for the CAT EC-1 cert.

Texaco and Shell also make an ELC as does Chevron Delo. The Delo is available at Advance auto, Auto Zone, Wally World, and Napa according to the Delo retail finder. The Delo is the best out there.

Yeah get a version of a red ELC. We personally run CAT in our semi's and my f250. Stay away from dexcool.

I have that Zerex in my truck. Only cause i wasnt driving an hr to Cat to get the good stuff but atleast its ok for it

Delo is the best out right now. 750k mile service life. 1 million miles with an extender at 750k.
