2x4 to 4x4 (Traction Problems)

Hey guys just tryin to get some help here. im lookin to build a street/race truck and i found a good deal on a 2x4. If i end up havin traction problems which im pretty sure i will, how difficult and pricey is it going to be to convert to 4x4? Or if anybody has any good ideas on gettin traction

if this has already been a topic on here can u please send me the link.

Its not gonna be a cheap swap to do. IMO you are better off buying a 4x4 from the get go

yeah after loooking into it a little more i think ill just buy a 4x4 thanks though
