Help using AE Diagnosing no start

I posted in the motor problem section with no replies so I will try here.

I have AE total ford bundle with the pro line connector.
What do I need to do to start diagnosing a crank but no start. It was running (like crap with the RCD injectors), got some used injectors and swapped them in. Now I get no start even after cranking up to 1.5min, with fresh batteries.
Help me learn how to use this software.
