Don't know maybe those tunes have your fuel turned way up. Or will just take a while for pcm to recalculate the amount of fuel to air ratio. keep babying her see what it does after three tanks. Did you change tire size after leveling kit.

Did ford update your programing?

It is either tuning, problems from the work done on the truck, or problems not related to the work done.

How is your smoke?
Do you have an exhaust leak from when you deleted the egr system?
How is your turbo performing?
When did you delete your egr system?
How many miles do you have on your truck now?
How is you maintenance, air filter, fuel filter, oil, trans, diffs.... ?

Also, if you said you got a new FICM, it probably has the newest flash, which kills fuel mileage. I have a brand new one as well, and my fuel mileage is awful. But, there is hope.

PHP or Innovative can tune your FICM to get that lost mileage back. This will be my next mod.

Yeah I think the FICM tuning is going to be my next try.... I don't have any leaks, new oil, cleaned the air filter 3 weeks ago, trans fluid about 15,000 miles ago, hardly smokes at all only if i put it to the floor from stop. the truck runs better than it ever has with more power more boost and cranks great. I just get crap MPG's I didn't know it anyone knew something I didn't.
