Coolant & flush (CHEAP)

Do u guys know if they have a compatable coolant & flush at auto-zone, wal-mart. or at oriley`s that would work & be cheaper then the dealer ?

i know Napa has the zerex go5, i heared that will work ? has anyone ever used it ? ( if i do will i have to flush the system first ) ?

do they make a flush where i dont have to remove the thermostat housing like the iron flush.

Due to my work i cant never make it to a dealer
