Fuel In The Oil Pan

I searched for this answer but no luck! I changed oil yesterday on a 2004 with no mods and I had close to 2 gallon of diesel in the oil pan. I had the FICM go out in June. I'm open for suggestions. Injector, O-ring, FICM, bad ring,....

might be an injector o-ring

I already tried that test and all was good.

hmmm maybe an injector is stuck open and flooding out? also do a compression test on the motor it will tell you if something is bad with a piston or ring
