Truck is getting louder ?

I have a 2005 f-350 crew cab long bed 4x4,

only performance mods are a

zoo dad, afi intake & filter, cat & muffler delete,

has a 140,000 miles on it,

i change oil every 4000 miles with Mobil 1 fully synthetic & fuel filters same time,

always put 2 stroke (1 oz to every gallon of fuel) in my fuel,

done all this since day 1 & NEVER had a prob except injector (number 4) go out. (KNOCK ON WOOD). lol

question is now i noticed it has got ALOTT louder (the dieseling) twice as loud as it use to be.

still runs like new & gets 18 mpg.

why do u think its noiser now ?????

Is it louder all the time or just before it warms up?

there's a injector flush procedure that can be done that can really help. It did on mine anyway...quieted it down a lot.

It just all of a sudden got louder all the time, like i said it still runs like new & gets good mpg i just dont understand why it got so much louder.
i can imagen break in but i figured it would of done it before 140,000 miles...lol

Do you mean the noise that comes form the hpop and the injectors? It would be odd for that to change unless you have issues. How is your egr system?

idk if you have done studs yet or not, but my truck was alot louder right before the heads blew than it was after it got fixed...not sure if that's common or not though
