Installing egr delete, anything else to do while apart??

Hey guys,
Im installing my egr delete this weekend and im wondering is theres anything else that should be done while im in there, I have a guy coming who is going to rebuild my turbo, is there anything else that should be done/cleaned/replaced?

oil cooler, flush coolant and put in a good ELC coolant.

In addition to the new oil cooler and coolant system flush perhaps install the upgraded turbo return oil tube from Bullet Proof Diesel. If you haven't done so already DEFINATELY install a coolant by pass filter system; I bought mine from DieselSite.com and love it. Money permitting install an engine oil by pass filter system, your injectors will love you.
