Manual Shifter Knob?

Could someone give me some dementions of the shifter knob for the ZF6. I need to know the O.D. X length of the knob itself.

Thanks, Rich

I know it sound like a dumb question, but if I have enough material, I can make some billet knobs to give away for free. I have done this for another site. SHIFTER KNOBS FOR 5 LUCKY MEMBERS!!! - TheDieselGarage.com

I got a hold of some scrap S.S. that they were throwing out at work, but the O.D. is 1.5" X 2" long. I feel it is too small for replacing the stock knob, the smaller knob probably won't look or feel right. I'm gonna have to wait until I get my hands on some bigger sized scrap. This my take awhile, until I get the size I need. When I do, I'll post up in this section. It will be on a first come, first serve bases, just pay shipping.

Thanks, Rich

Well I got a hold of some scrap metal, but only had enough to make 2. So since Rockyardjo was the first to answer my question he will have first crack at getting one if he wishes. The other one will go to MUDSTROKIN', he was the first to ask. The next time I get material I will post up on here and it will be a first come, first serve deal. All's I ask is to pay shipping.

These 2 are solid S.S. with a S.S. set screw, the size is 2.255 o.d. X 2.472 long. I even gave them a polish, (I polished your knob!!).

PM's were sent to both of them, I just couldn't figure out how to add pics to the PM. So here is how they came out.

Those look really good. Definitely let me know when more are available.

They look a little big though (same diameter as a dip can?), don't they? I'm not really too sure on the OEM dimentions though, mine had a aftermarket knob on when I got the truck... but I hate the one that's on there, so I've been looking for a new one.
