Coolant filter installed!!!!....but......
Got my coolant filter system put in today. I lost about a gallon of coolant though when I was tapping into the line above the engine. I poured straight distilled water into the bottle because I didn't have any 50/50 mix or concentrate with me like I thought I was going (no one in San Angelo had it).
I'm traveling 200 miles tomorrow back to the town where I go to college (LUBBOCK) and plan on flushing my coolant there within the next couple of days. Temps are going to range from the 50s to 80s. So what I'm asking is, is everything going to be ok for that short amount of time that I don't have 50/50? Thanks. |
