wheel sqeek

Has anyone had a wheel sqeeking.It sounds like the wheel, can't be 100%
sure but it only does it when I make a right hand turn.does anyone know what this is it's kind of like a sqeek sqeek sqeek sqeek sound.My rig is lifted and running 38" tires,I don't know if this matters or not and I only have 19000 miles on it.I would like to find out what it is before I have to take it to the dealer.I don't like takin my tuner off if I don't have to.

dont know if this helps, but mine was making a noise like that and i put friction modifier in the rear and it stopped. i am running 37"s
