lift 04 dually or no?
alright guys so after my 06 lariat had bleach poured into the fuel tank i found my 04 cc/lb dually xlt. its white in colour. i pull a 25 foot keifer built horse trailer and am looking at getting a 30 foot gooseneck flat deck.
my question is should i lift it? how much? what size of tires can i fit on my stock 16s or should i upgrade to 19.5 or 22.5 rims? i dont wanna spend a fortune on this just make it stand out a little bit from the rest. please give me some suggestions im lost! thanks so much, mitch |

if i wanna make it stand out, get an 8 to 10 lug conversion so u can get big rig rism and tires, may have to lift it a few inches but it looks good

You aint gonna be able to lift it much since your gonna be pulling a gn. I would just level it and stick as tall as rubber as it will allow. And I like the fact you wanna lift it but still pull. The higher you go the worse the tow though.

i know i wont be able to lift it much with pulling a goosneck but how much of a lift would i need to clear some 22.5 inch semi rims? any idea of what tires and sizes i could run with a leveling kit?

you dont need any lift to run 22.5's on a 4x4, only the 24.5's need a lift
