(Disclaimer: new to diesel)

An EGR delete is more like an EGR 'system' delete

Soooo...... when the mechanic said to do the EGR delete & the cooler delete, both get done at the same time & its not two separate "upgrades"?

Exactly. This is what you get in a run of the mill delete kit

This is a really nice looking kit! If youre EGR cooler is blown, and your truck is in the shop, MAKE SURE THEY REPLACE THE OIL COOLER TOO! Its the main cause for EGR cooler failures

That's probably about right. My buddy got a quote of 2200 to replace it with a stock cooler. If you are mechanically inclined at all, and have some tools, its not a bad job to do yourself.

Are you having issues with your cooler?

Send a message via Yahoo to Dave
1900 to install a delete. thats a tad high. Most shops here will do studs for 2200 and install the delete in that price if you provide the delete
