block heater
I recently bought a 05 F250, it didn't have a owners manual. How do I know if the truck has a block heater on it?

Look above the starter to see if there is a cord coming out of the block heater it's self. If there is, follow the cord, they are tucked away near the passenger side fog light. Look twice, it's tough to see and it is zip tied in there.
If not, here is Cord part number at International: Z3500043 Look on e-bay for new cord for it. It does have the block heater in it, may not have the cord. |

Hell, I'm glad I read this. I've been tellin people that the only option the original owner didn't get on my truck was the block heater, but I just got up under there and found the cord ziptied up there.

Yeah those things are hard to find up there. But once found, always used. Glad you found it!
