07 STC Fitting

Did the 07 come standard with the upgraded STC fitting or is this something I have to add?

The fitting is installed in production engines starting from:

V8 engines: Engine ser# 431736 on 2/9/07.
V6 engines: Engine ser# 431705 on 2/8/07.

These are the dates they started using the upgraded fitting

I am going to put my new Powermax in soon and was wondering it this is the time to change the STC fitting.
My 07 was picked up in Oct. of 06 so it still has the old fitting.
Where can I get one and how hard are they the replace?

You have to remove Turbo and other things in the way of getting to the back of the engine valley, take the pump cover off, unblot the pump and remove it, swap out the fittings, reinstall as disassembled. here's the part and your welcome fellas

Here's the internation part number for this part but i don't know if it comes in a kit like the bulletproof diesel one does, it might possibly just be the fitting and i haven't priced it out to see if it's cheaper through international

The International Part Number is 1879930c91.

i was under the understanding the 07 model year the updated fitting was used.
the dates posted above tell me that no production superduty came with the updated fitting, the 07 model year was a very short run because of the early release of the 6.4 08.
the 07 model year trucks were built before the end of october 06.
