EOT and ECT TEMPS
My evo cs is showing a 20 to 30 degree spread on the EOT and ECT temp

Should I be worried about this I'm new to diesel performance.

If this is bad what else should I do if this is a problem when getting this fixed.

Yes your oil cooler is plugged get it fixed
