05 Trac bar part number needed

Does anyone know what the part number is the the mount on the axle where the trac bar bolts to? I cant seem to find anything except for the bushing. Mine is bad and clunking so I would like to fix it.

just replaced my trac bar and all tie rod ends ,sorry i don't remember part # but i ordered it at ford they seem to be aware of this issue!!STROKEDIS
