6.0 stud install

Has anyone had any luck in replacing the head bolts one at a time with the arp studs so that the heads are not removed?

It has been done. It is not a recommended practice though.

I say on FRESH gaskets It can be done. I wouldnt risk it on a truck that has had the same gaskets for a good wile.

if it were me, id pull them any ways and replace the gaskets with some better ones. better safe than sorry in my book!

Im sure you could do them one at a time though, post pics whatever you do!

Well I guess I should get the head gaskets and studs then also the egr delete. Better off just doing it all at the same time and do it right, thanks for all the replies
