It says on the website that it is compatible with Mercon SP, which is what is stated in my '06 Manual.
I would 100% make sure tho, it would suck azz to F up the tranny... |

I would really like to use amsoil in the transmission but I do not want to risk it. So I just put in LV

if you switch to Amsoil in the trans you need this: AMSOIL - Synthetic Fuel Efficient Automatic Transmission Fluid.
its Low Viscosity which is the same as the Ford SP and LV. The Universal stuff is what could cause problems. |

I just put in 2 liters of Royal Purple ATF (mercon) into my transfer case at $17 per liter, OUCH!! The store didn't have Amsoil or else I would've got that, just needed it ASAP. I see the Amsoil sells for 10.50 per qt/liter on the web sites, much better price.
