advice on headgaskets

Hello all. I am replacing my headgaskets while I have the top of my motor almost broken down doing the egr doodad and oil cooler. What are the best gaskets to use? And where can I get them? I have h-11 studs already, should I re-go with stock or use after market? thanks for your help.

2004 f-350 srw, 12 inch suspension, fox shocks,
amp research power steps, road-armored front and back,
9.5k winch, piaa's, hid's, edge juice platinum w/attitude,
4 inch magnaflow turbo-back, dieselsite coolant filter, 41 inch iroks,
afe intake, superlift ladder bars, dynatrak hy-steer kit, warn lock-outs,
h-11 studs, and soon to come egr doodad.

The stock gaskets will work fine. But if you want to go a different route, you can try the Black Onyx gaskets. Not necessarily better, just different. I'd say its probably a 50/50 split of folks using OEM gaskets and the Black Onyx.
