ARP's and EGR Delete

I have an extended warranty on my '03 Ex. I'm lookin' for somebody to do ARP head studs, head gaskets, and an EGR delete. I'm just outside of Prescott, WI but am willing to travel. My warranty will expire October 15th. This is a Ford extended warranty. I'll gladly pay for the extras but I'm hoping to get the majority of the cost covered by the warranty.

Good luck not many dealerships are just gonna work on someones random truck and put in aftermarket parts without already having a relationship with them or maybe not even having a problem thats a big risk for them i was lucky enough to get all my work done under warranty thanks to having some friends up at the dealership but anyways goodluck i hope you can find someone

You can get a dealership to do it, that's fine. Just make sure to get your heads machine for flatness, and make sure the studs are torqued correctly.

Are you puking at all? Any coolant out the tailpipe? Any overheating? Coolant in your EGR valve? If so, take that puppy in and complain of HG's and EGR cooler.

At this point I believe it's either EGR cooler or Head Gaskets. It's come close to over-heating twice, losing coolant (no leaks), and oil in the Degas bottle.

Take it in, be firm, and tell them your symptoms. Tell them you want your HG's checked and you are sure the EGR cooler and Oil cooler are out. Tell them you want ARP's put in (and maybe an EGR delete if they're cool with it).

If they don't want to do such, take it to a different dealer.

I suppose that's what I'll end up doing. I'm not happy with the dealer that I usually use so I thought I'd check on here to see if there was a fellow .org member that wanted my business.
