F250/F350 mileage diferences

Folks, the wife has an 05 F350 DRW FX4 long bed Crew cab
I have a CC F250 FX4 with the mods listed in my sig.

I get 16-22 on the highway and a 16 mpg average and I have a heavy foot, she drives like a little old lady and cant get over 17 on the highway and is averaging 13.2.

I have 58K and she has 28K, I drive a mix of city and highway she drives the same, about 1/3 of the miles I do.

What gives? thats a big difference in mileage?

Her's having 4:10's is the biggest factor, and the motor being new. It'll take a little time to get better mileage. I can squeeze 18 out of my 7.3 if I drive right, and that is with the same gears and duals.
