Coolant flush time

So it's coolant flush time i figure, any tips or tricks? Any coolant work better than another? My usual method is to pull the bottom radiator hose, stick the old garden hose in the fill and let her run for a while to flush all the crap out then replace and refill. Thanks in advance fellas.

Do some cat ELC so you will probably never have to worry about this again.

Also, coolant filter if you don't have one already.

Make sure your heater is on so you flush the coolant out of the heater core
