EGR Delete in US of California

Can anyone tell me if we can delete our EGR in the crappy state and pass the smog test? And by crappy state i mean California.

Nope, you can't since it won't pass the visual test. Check out the LINK to the BulletProof EGR cooler setup. It retains the factory look and won't rupture like the stocker.
